Kenny Cooper is leaving Major League Soccer to join the former home of Kansas City Wizards striker Josh Wolff. Cooper will join 1860 Munich for reportedly somewhere a little over $1 million.
What is FC Dallas going to do without Cooper? Without Cooper on the team Jeff Cunningham is the leading scorer with 4 goals on the season.

Jeff Cunningham has 99 career MLS goals which has him at 4th on the all time league history goal scoring charts. Cunningham is currently 31 years old. How much is a player with those stats worth?
Toronto FC aparently thinks that is worth a 3rd round draft pick in next year’s draft. That is what they received in a trade that sent Cunningham to FC Dallas.
Is this a sign that Kenny Cooper is going away? There have been a lot of rumors about him recently. Maybe FC Dallas just came across a bargain and had to take it. Cunningham along with Cooper could be a very nice combo.
Am I the only person who thinks FC Dallas got the bargain of the year in this trade?

The first XI for the 2008 MLS All Star game was announced. This isn’t necessairly the starting lineup – coach Nicol will decide who starts. These are just the first 11 guys named to the team. If it were the starting lineup it would look something like this:
Donovan – Cooper
Rogers
Kljestan – Blanco – Joseph – Beckham
Parkhurst – Conrad – Hejduk
Reis
What other players do you think will be added to the team? What will the starting lineup really look like?
