Along with the recent departure of Nick Garcia, the news that Jose Burciaga Jr is going to Colorado for more draft picks reveals signs that the Wizards will be looking to play a new formation. The MLS All Star game first 11 was announced today. This isn’t necessairly the starting lineup, just the first 11 guys voted onto the team. 7 more will be added later. No representative from the Colombus Crew, Toronto FC, Chicago Fire, Colorado Rapids, LA Galaxy and Real Salt Lake.

Jimmy Conrad broke his jaw against the Crew this past weekend and has aparently agreed to eat only soft food for a month rather than have surgery. I suppose he misses less of the season this way, but will still miss Lamar Hunt night at Arrowhead Stadium this Saturday when the Wizards host FC Dallas.
