Brad Guzan finally ready to leave Chivas USA

Brad Guzan couldn’t go to Aston Villa in January when they agreed to pay $4 million for him.  Now he’s set to leave MLS for $1.5 million.  Too bad for MLS - but they can’t blame themselves for that, they’ll have to blame Bob Bradley for it.

All Star first XI lineup

The first XI for the 2008 MLS All Star game was announced. This isn’t necessairly the starting lineup - coach Nicol will decide who starts. These are just the first 11 guys named to the team. If it were the starting lineup it would look something like this:

MLS vs USL in US Open Cup Final

We will have one MLS team and one USL team in the US Open Cup Final this year. Two MLS powerhouses will play each other in one semi-final while two USL teams will do battle in the other semi-final.
